Supportfixit Ltd, doing business as Supportfixit (“Company,” “Supportfixit,” or “We”), is committed to safeguarding your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) outlines our data processing practices for (i) visitors to our website available at www.supportfixit.com or any other website linked to this Privacy Policy (“Visitors” and “Website,” respectively); (ii) Clients of our Business Partners using our Services when purchasing products online (as detailed and defined below) (“Clients”); and (iii) our affiliates and merchants (“Business Partners”).

For the purposes of this policy, “Service(s)” include payment processing and billing services provided directly to Business Partners or Clients purchasing products and services from our Business Partners.

We have included information below on data collection, how we process and use your data, but first, we would like to explain the basis on which we proceed:

When a Business Partner signs up for one of our services, we process the Business Partner’s personal information to perform our contract with the Business Partner or to prepare such a contract; When a Client uses our services to process payment to our Business Partners or to purchase goods and services that we offer, we process the Client’s personal information to perform our contract with the Client, the Client’s request (and consent) to process payment; When Visitors access our websites, we process certain online information for which we have a legitimate interest in processing this data, for functionality, compatibility, and anti-fraud monitoring purposes; We will also process your personal information if you have given us consent to do so.

Data Collection

Depending on your interaction with us (i.e., whether you are a Visitor simply browsing our website or if you have signed up for our services and opened an account, etc.), we may collect one or two types of information about you, as follows:

Non-Personal Information: The first type of information is non-identifiable information that may be made available or collected when you use the Services. To clarify, we are not aware of your identity due to this information (“Non-Personal Information”). Non-Personal Information collected may include your aggregated usage information and automatically transmitted or collected technical information such as (but not limited to): the date and time you access our website, your actions within our Services (e.g., registration, page views, etc.), operating system type, browser type, language preference, and approximate geolocation (country level).

Personal Information: The second type of information is individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or can, with reasonable effort, identify a person (“Personal Information”). Note that, while IP and MAC addresses are considered Personal Information in many jurisdictions (such as the EEA), there are jurisdictions where this data is not considered Personal Information. Therefore, we process this data as Personal Information in accordance with applicable laws; (iii) payment information such as individual taxpayer number, BIN, and the last four digits of the credit card number. All payment information is processed through secure protocols compliant with industry standards and, where applicable, in accordance with applicable payment card industry (PCI) compliance standards.

How We Collect Information

Depending on the nature of your interaction with the Services, we may collect information as follows:

Automatically – we may use cookies (as explained in the section below) to automatically collect certain information, including by accessing your local storage.

Voluntarily Provided by You – we will collect information when and if you choose to provide us with information, such as through a registration process, communications with us, a payment process, etc.

From Third Parties – for example, third-party service providers who process your information on our behalf, such as call centers, credit providers, etc. You are not legally required to provide us with information. You can always avoid providing us with certain personal information; however, you acknowledge that this may prevent us from providing certain services that rely on this information.

In cases where we combine personal information with non-personal information, the combined information will be treated as personal information as long as it remains combined or attributable to an individual.

Information We Collect from Website Visitors

If you wish to join our team and want to submit your CV, you will need to provide us with your name, email address, and phone number, along with submitting your CV. Your provision of personal information related to recruitment is voluntary, and you determine the extent of information you provide to us. We will use the information you have provided to communicate with you, manage our recruitment and hiring processes, and comply with corporate governance and legal and regulatory requirements. If you are hired, the information may be used as part of your employment and business management.
If you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter, you will be asked to provide your email address. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option in the newsletter body or by contacting customer service at compliance@supportfixit.com. We will use your email address as part of our mailing list to send you information about our Services, keep you informed of new Services, and provide you with business-to-business insights and advice.
IP address, cookies, tags, pixels, and similar online identifiers, including browser agents, device identifiers, and referral URL, are processed for both Visitors and Clients (“Online Identifiers”).
